Welcome to The MGA Ladies Golf Day
Never picked up a golf club? This day is built for exactly that. Join an exclusive beginner golf day for Muslim women, delivered by the Muslim Golf Association in partnership with our Global Activation Partner, Golf Saudi. No experience, no equipmen, just come as you are. The MGA team will guide you throughout. Friday 7th August 2026, 11am–4pm Centurion Club, Hertfordshire Subsidised coach travel available from Birmingham and Leicester, or make your own way. This is the same beginner programme we've delivered to thousands of women and girls worldwide, from Las Vegas to China, now hosted at one of the biggest events in women's professional golf. After your session, enjoy a complimentary halal lunch, then head to the championship course to watch the world's best female golfers compete for a $2 million prize fund at the PIF London Championship. The day closes with a Q&A alongside Muslim women in golf, sharing what it's really like to compete and work in the professional game, plus a souvenir to take home. Now in its third year with Golf Saudi, this experience has sold out every year, with many women picking up a club for the first time in a space where they felt welcomed and represented. FAQs
Absolutely not! All MGA events are open to everyone from all backgrounds regardless of religion, ethnicity or nationality. MGA events are held upon basic Islamic values hence there will be no alcohol or gambling involved, and prayer arrangements will be made. For the MGA Ladies Day, this is an exclusive female only event.
We ask all our participants to respect these guidelines.
In regards to golf, we always recommend that you wear comfortable attire; there is no dress code with the MGA. Trainers would help.
We have had ladies attend in niqaab, abaya or jeans. Wear whatever you feel best represents you, while also taking the weather into account… we feel we can teach golf to you in whatever you feel comfortable in.
This experience is open to Muslim girls aged 16 and over.
The event will start around 11:30am, we would advise arriving on site but no later than 11:15am.
The activities are expected to finish around 4:30pm but you are free to leave or stay on for as as long as you wish.
We are expecting around 150 Muslim women from across the UK!
