MGA will be running daily competitions where prizes will be awarded. There is no obligation to enter, however, for those that want to spice up the trip, competitive golf will be available.
The hotel, which opened in 2008, seamlessly blends a traditional Moroccan setting with modern amenities. Inspired by Moroccan architecture, the property features 260 contemporary double and suite rooms spread across 13 Ryads, each offering stunning views of the lush gardens, the expansive 1,200 m² swimming pool area, or the majestic Atlas Mountains.
The rooms boast an en suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, hairdryer, complimentary amenities, minibar, TV, individually regulated air conditioning, in-room safe, telephone, and a private terrace or balcony overlooking the picturesque swimming pool or gardens. Breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere
Winner of Morocco’s Best Golf Course 2016 & Africa’s Best Golf Course 2022 at the World Golf Awards, Assoufid offers the premier golf experience in Marrakech, and with no less than 5 sets of tees that can change the total length of the course by almost 2000 yards; a thoroughly enjoyable and challenging game of golf is on the cards here for golfers with a great variety of handicaps. With the spectacular backdrop of the Atlas Mountains, Assoufid was designed by former European Tour player Niall Cameron, and features generous fairways that cut their way through the desert wasteland, giant bunkers which should be avoided at all costs, subtle slopes, and the odd dramatic elevation change, most notably at the par 3 17th; all of which will test a golfers skillset.
The oldest course in Marrakech.
Within 15 minutes of the bustling city centre, the Royal Marrakech Golf Club is one of Morocco's most celebrated golfing venues. The course is known to be a personal favourite of His Majesty King Hassan II and has wonderful views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. In 2018 parts of the course were updated with new buggy paths, draining and course layout. A brand new Clubhouse was also built. The Clubhouse has a feel of stepping in something you would easily find in the USA. Its low sloping roof allows players to soak up the atmosphere on the wonderful veranda after playing 18 holes on Royal Golf's Old course. A new entrance was opened allowing you to access the Golf Club via the new clubhouse. New practice facilities and a new driving range were also added to complement the amazing work that was done to upgrade Royal Golf Marrakech.
Incredible views at each tee
Noria Golf Club combines traditional Moroccan landscapes and architectural features, reflecting the feel of southern Morocco. The clubhouse features a large viewing tower, offering superb views across the course and surrounding Atlas mountains. The most unique hole on this course has to be the par-three 8th – where else can you find a reflecting pool and a Biarritz green (featuring a deep gully bisecting its middle) overlooked by a Moroccan bell tower. The visual display presented by the 9th and 18th holes, both running parallel to the reflecting pool with the dramatic Atlas mountains in the background, is truly breath-taking. This course should be on any Morocco golf itinerary.

You will be drawn with players who have a similar handicap to yours. This is to create a competitive environment but also a great chance to meet & network with players of similar ability and test yourself against others. However, should you wish to play with your friends just let us know!
Course itinerary and playing schedule for both days will be confirmed closer to the trip. However we will be playing, Assoufid, Royal Marrakech and Noria golf club.
The trip has been designed with your comfort & enjoyment in mind. There will be daily competitions available and for those who do not wish to compete do not have to. However, there will be some great prizes available to win!
Your package with MGA includes all transfers from/to Marrakech Menara airport. All transfers to/from the hotel to each golf course will also be included.
