Hint of Wenthorth & Woburn...

Forest Pines is one of the country’s premier golf venues. This superb championship course has hosted the Junior Golf Championships, the PGA Super 60s and the Euro Pro Qualifier events for the future names in golf, which comes as no great surprise given the quality of the course. The three fabulous loops of 9 at Forest Pines gives golfers the option of mixing and matching the courses to effectively custom pick the holes they want to play. All three 9s are of an extremely high standard and the variations available means that customers often return to play Forest Pines again. Favourably compared to the likes of Woburn and Wentworth, Forest Pines might only be 20 years old but thanks to its glorious setting in mature woodland you'd never know. The Forest and Pines combination is probably the most challenging, with the shorter Beeches nine better suited to higher-handicap golfers. All 27 hole are always in immaculate condition and a golf break at Forest Pines Golf Club will certainly not disappoint.

Forest/pines

The Forest and Pines layout are considered to be the most demanding of golfers. The perfect setting for the innaugral MGA Open 2023

Best golf course

Designed by John Morgan and constructed to exceptionally high standards, it was voted the best new course in England by Golf World magazine and Today's Golfer named rewarded the resort with the title of 'Best Golf Course in the East of England in 2018'

TREES DOMINATE

Altogether, it’s ten thousand yards of stunning, highly challenging golf. Forest Pines is the home of a magical modern venue with three quality loops of nine holes – Forest, Pines and Beeches – and that tells you all you need to know: trees dominate and cover all routes and tend to attract balls like metal to magnets!

Water Hazards

But Forest Pines isn’t all about the timber: there are some interesting water features too with the pond protecting the par-3 7th (Pines) providing plenty of danger – 6,000 balls were fished out of it one year.

A holistic golfing MGA experience
Forest Pines is arguably the premier golf hotel in Lincolnshire, its challenging fairways and greens seamlessly rolling through a natural canvas of ancient woods and wild heathland. Forest Pines was designed by PGA Senior Tour player John Morgan.
