FAQs
Absolutely not! All MGA events are open to everyone from all backgrounds regardless of religion, ethnicity or nationality. MGA events are held upon basic Islamic values hence there will be no alcohol or gambling involved, and prayer arrangements will be made. For the Golf & Spa day, this is an exclusive female only event.
We ask all our participants to respect these guidelines.
We have carefully worked with the venue to ensure that all staff members within the SPA facility are strictly women. However, we would advise to adopt hijab etiquette when entering and leaving the venue.
In regards to the golf we always reccomend that you wear comfortable attire, there is no dress code with the MGA. Trainers would help.
For the spa: We always recommend you take two swimming costumes – one for swimming in and one to change into afterwards so you can lounge by the pool without sitting in soggy swimwear. We also recommend you take a pair of flip flops, however, these will be provided. We strongly advise you bring something comfortable to change into after using the spa as we will be having dinner.
You will be provided with a robe and towels too.
The answer is yes, absolutely. You can go on a spa day on your period. What facilities you use however, will be determined by how you feel and what you feel comfortable with. Given the relevant sanitary solutions, there’s no reason you shouldn’t use all spa facilities whilst on your period. Depending on where you are in your cycle however, you may want to be a little more mindful of staying hydrated, especially when using saunas and steam rooms, and taking it easy when it comes to exercise. This is your time, so it’s important you feel safe, comfortable and happy.

The Spa At Carden is an 18+ facility.
The day is designed to start at 4pm and finish no later than 10pm.
We anticipate 90 minutes of golfing experience on the driving range, this will be with a mixture of fun & interactive games. The spa will then commence from 6pm onwards.
A detailed itinerary will be sent closer to the time.
To create a more intimate and inclusive experience we have capped this to 60 ladies only.
